The operating system that the app works on is IOS. If you’re an android user then that means in order to use this system, you’re going to need an Apple device.

Before you completely shut this option out though, consider this, if this system is the solution to you having a business that can run without you, if it’s going to help you grow your business, make more profit and give you your precious evenings and weekends back, is having an IOS device really a bad thing?

If you’re an Android user then this could be a massive road block for you, because there’s a reason why you’re not using Apple. I totally get it; I was an Android user myself and I begrudgingly I made the switch. 6 months later, when my business was running like a dream, do you think I regretted that decision? Definitely not!

I’m not saying you have to completely switch from Android to Apple, I started off with a cheap, second-hand iPhone which I purchased from CEX for £90 and I used it solely to run this app. Eventually I realised that they’re all about the same anyway and ended up upgrading later, all I cared about was my business.

So, please consider what’s more important to you, a business that runs like clockwork, your time, your bank balance or an operating device?

You are not tied into a contract, you can upgrade, downgrade or exit at any given time, giving you the flexibility, you need to make changes as and when your business needs it.

The system has its own built in training portal which teaches you everything you need to know about the tools and features that exist within the system. By completing this training, you will receive bonus such as discounts, added job allowance and SMS allowance.

We also have our own training portal which will teach you our advised way of working with the system and how to make use of and how to make adjustments to all of the tools we install for you.

Depending on which package your purchase from us, you will receive free access to our training portal for a certain time period to help you get up to speed. Once the free trial period has elapsed you may purchase a subscription to continue accessing the trainings.

We also hold monthly Live Q and A sessions for free depending on which package you purchase or if you are subscribed to our training portal.

If you would like a more personal training session specific to your business, then we offer 1-2-1 training sessions at an additional cost. These are held on Zoom and the cost can vary depending on your needs.

When we refer to the FlowState system, we’re referring to a way of working and a way of managing job flow through a business.

It’s a flow of processes which have been developed and fine-tuned over years of trial and error whilst Jamie was running his own boiler installation business.

The setup packages that are available on this page are a pre-determined setup of a job management system called ServiceM8. The system is fully customisable, you have the ability to create everything that has been mentioned in our demo videos yourself (and more). Building the system out yourself can be a long process though, but once we have done all the hard work and put the foundations in place, you can make adjustments to setup we’ve installed for you or create new tools to suit your business.
