Before FlowState, I ran a plumbing and heating business for nearly 10 years. I know what it feels like when calls, quotes, engineers, payments and customers all need your attention at once.

Is this just ServiceM8 setup?

No. ServiceM8 is the engine. We build the whole operating system around it: your job stages, quoting, forms, automations and follow-ups. The setup is the smallest part.

What if I already use ServiceM8?

Good, you're halfway there. Most owners use a fraction of what it can do. We restructure how it's set up and used so it actually runs the business, not just stores jobs.

Will my team actually use it?

Yes, because it's built around clear job stages and repeatable steps, not a manual nobody reads. Whoever picks up the phone or turns up on site just follows what's in front of them.

Is this lead generation?

No. It won't bring you new enquiries. It makes sure the ones you already get are captured, quoted, followed up, booked, invoiced and reviewed, instead of leaking away.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

No. That's the point of the package: we do the technical work. If you can use a smartphone, you can run this system. Your team follows the job stages on screen, and the automations do the rest in the background.

What is ServiceM8, and do I need it already?

ServiceM8 is the job management app the system runs on. It handles jobs, diaries, quotes, invoices and customer messages. You don't need it already. We'll set your account up as part of the package, and if you're new to ServiceM8 you can claim their £1,000 setup rebate too.

What does ServiceM8 cost ongoing?

ServiceM8 plans are billed by usage and start small, from around £7 a month for a one-man band. Most established heating businesses land between £25 and £100 a month depending on job volume. That goes to ServiceM8, not us. There are no ongoing fees to FlowState.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are up and running within 2 weeks of their onboarding call. We do the build, you review it, and we train you and your team on how to run it.

How much of my time does it need?

An onboarding call, a review of the build, and the training. Beyond that, we do the heavy lifting. Most owners put in a few hours in total.

Can my existing customer data come across?

Yes. Customer names, contact details and addresses can be imported into ServiceM8, so you're not starting from an empty system. We'll cover exactly what to bring across on your onboarding call.

Yes. Choose iwocaPay at checkout to pay monthly, from £295.43 a month including VAT at 3.33% per month representative. You get the full system built now, and spread the investment.

How does the £1,000 ServiceM8 rebate work?

If you're new to ServiceM8, they credit £1,000 back as 50% off your monthly subscription until it's used up. It's claimed within 60 days of subscribing, and it effectively brings your net investment down to around £1,395 + VAT. We'll point you at the claim as part of onboarding.

What's the return on this, honestly?
