All plans are a single price for your business, per month. Our plans are based on value to your business, not on how many users you need. You can create as many user logins as needed on any plan.

A 'job' credit is consumed when you create a new job card. For example, under the Starter plan, you can create 50 new jobs every month.
Jobs can start as a Quote or Work Order. If a Quote is accepted and becomes a Work Order, it will still only use one job credit.

No. You'll have 28 days to try the system for free.
If it's the right fit for your business, payment is accepted by credit or debit card (online), or via In-App Purchase with your Apple ID.
No. When you start a 28 day trial you'll have full access to all features. At the end of your trial you'll need to select a plan to continue.
Please bear in mind that a brand new account will create a blank canvas. You'll need to activate and build out the features yourself. We recommend using the trial to get used to the general workflows within the system and then considering one of our setup packages where we do the build for you.
No. You can upgrade/downgrade between plans at any time. Any credit from your previous plan will be put toward your new plan on a pro-rata basis.
Each plan comes with a set number of job credits e.g. on the Starter plan, you can create 50 new jobs per month.
If you exceed your plan’s job credits, don't worry! You can keep creating new jobs for another 7 days until your monthly plan resets, or you need to upgrade your plan (whichever comes first).
There is a standard SMS 'overage' fee per SMS sent over your plan's monthly SMS cap. View the Plan Comparison above for more info.
Yes. Although we'd be sad to see you go, you can cancel your account via your Online Dashboard login. There is no lock-in contract.
In the United Kingdom, the pricing is in GBP. Due to the nature of the systems services, prices do not include VAT. You will be issued a reverse charge invoice for you to account for VAT to HMRC, which in most cases you'll be able to reclaim, resulting in no net additional cost. Please confirm with your accountant in the context of your circumstances.
