What's the difference between each template?
Different job scenarios might require you to present your chargeable items differently.
- Full breakdown shares the item name, quantity, unit cost and total unit cost.
- Partial breakdown shares the item name and quantity only.
- No breakdown doesn't share the specific item names, quantities, unit cost or total cost. It will only show text entered in the work completed box.
- Reverse VAT shares the item name, quantity, tax rate, unit cost and total unit cost.
All templates are dynamic to whether you're VAT registered or not and show the total cost of all items.
